10th ANNUAL 5-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT
5th & 6th June 2010
Come and join us for 2 days of well organised, fun football. We will be using our customary Hooter system so that all games follow a strict timetable throughout the weekend. All finals will be played at 3pm.
Hot & Cold drinks, BBQ, tournament photographer and other side stalls and entertainment will, as usual, be available.
Sat 5th - Under 11 - Under 15 boys
Sun 6th - Under 7 - Under 10 boys
Age groups as per season 2009/10. Cost of entry is £20 per team. This includes fixture list.
Entry is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis to bona-fide Affiliated Clubs.
Competition will be sanctioned by Cambs FA. All squads to comprise of a maximum of 7 players. Mixed sex teams are welcome in the Under 7s – U11s teams.
Teams to register by 9.30am on both days with the first games kicking off at 10am.
Winners & Runners-up trophies for all squad members, the winning teams will also take home the age group shield/ cup to display for the following year. N.B. to comply with F.A. rules, U 7 & U 8 age groups will be non-competitive. These teams will play group games against each other, but will not progress to semi-finals or finals. A ll squad members in these ages will be presented with medals of participation. This was a popular & successful format last year.
